Responsibilities- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Develop and present tailored insurance proposals that align with client objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Effectively manage a sales pipeline, tracking leads and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to facilitate smooth policy processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide the best advice.
- Possession of a valid Missouri and Kansas Property & Casualty License is required - currently licensed or willing to obtain.
- Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- A genuine desire to help people and solve their problems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with learning and utilizing new technology and sales tools.
