Key Responsibilities
Provide warm dependable customer support through phone email and messaging
Assist clients as they browse and book travel options such as cruises resorts flights and vacation packages
Walk customers through itineraries payments and travel documents
Research destinations promotions and travel choices that match each clients preferences
Help resolve simple booking or account related questions
Maintain clear consistent communication throughout the planning process
Use travel systems booking tools and customer service best practices
