This leadership position involves supporting the Nurse Manager in daily operations, clinical oversight, staff development, and maintaining high standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities Manage staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development. Oversee patient care planning, ensuring interventions meet patients' needs. Assist with staffing, scheduling, payroll, and resource management. Lead team meetings, coordinate staff communication, and ensure operational goals are met. Participate in budget development and ensure departmental adherence to financial targets. Conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary actions as needed. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and RN license. 2-5 years of experience, with preferred 5-10 years and less than 2 years of supervisory experience. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Oncology experience required; formal leadership experience preferred.
