Digital Consulting Associate-Oracle EPM (Planning)

Overview We are seeking Associates with experience in Oracle EPM Planning and ePBCS implementation to deliver project work streams, manage plans, analyze data, and support client interfaces. Responsibilities Lead project work stream delivery and work plan management. Perform analytics, reporting, and client interface/presentations. Collaborate with client staff and leadership, manage and mentor junior staff. Analyze requirements, write functional specifications, conduct tests, troubleshoot issues, and interface with business users. Own project workstreams, self-disciplined planning and organization with minimal supervision. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2-4 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting, and interfacing with business users. Minimum 2+ years’ implementation experience with Oracle EPM Planning and/or ePBCS. Strong analytical skills to translate meeting information into documentation. Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset. Aptitude for teamwork and a desire to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies. Willingness to travel up to 50% and flexible living locations in the U.S. Benefits Competitive compensation: $105,000-$130,000 base with potential incentive to total $117,600-$153,400.
