Digital Consulting Associate-Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR)

Job Overview Join Huron as an Associate to help clients implement enterprise software and analytics solutions. You will be responsible for project workstream delivery, work‑plan management, analytics, reporting and client presentations while collaborating with client staff and leadership and mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities Deliver project workstreams, manage work‑plans, perform analytics, produce reporting and deliver client presentations. Collaborate with client staff and leadership. Mentor junior Huron staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2‑4 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate information from meetings into documentation. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to own project workstreams with self‑discipline and organization. Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts and methodologies. Strong attention to detail with a quality‑focused mindset. Aptitude for working in teams. Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed. Compensation and Benefits The estimated base salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $130,000 per year. Total compensation, including participation in Huron’s annual incentive program, is estimated between $117,500 and $153,400.
