The Program Manager will be responsible for developing curriculum, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement developmentally-appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers. 2. Supervise and support teaching staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. 3. Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children in the program. 4. Collaborate with families to support the individual needs of each child. 5. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with licensing requirements. 6. Manage program budget and resources effectively. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. 2. Proven experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Knowledge of state licensing regulations for early childhood programs. 5. Certification in CPR and First Aid. 6.
