District Manager, Popeyes (Full-Time)

What you'll do

• Conduct planned coaching and mentoring for General Managers, Assistant Managers, and team members
• Provide positive, constructive, actionable feedback and support ongoing professional development
• Lead structured efforts to strengthen operations and close performance gaps
• Review key financial metrics, deliver clear insights, and ensure stores meet operating plan targets
• Take a leadership role in market development activities to drive local sales growth
• Coordinate field resources (training, HR, evaluators, market specialists) to support store success

REQUIREMENTS

• Lead and drive district store performance to hit sales, labor, food cost, and operational targets.
• Coach and mentor General Managers and Assistant Managers with pre-planned store visit objectives.
• Deliver positive, constructive, actionable feedback that develops strong leaders and winning teams.
• Set clear expectations for key operations and management skills across the district.
• Review performance regularly and hold leaders accountable for results.
• Build a high-energy culture of safety, cleanliness, and compliance in every store.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent development to ensure each location is fully staffed.
• Monitor daily execution of Popeyes standards, procedures, and brand promises.
• Own district-level scheduling and labor optimization to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and Support teams to resolve issues fast and keep stores moving.
• Analyze data and trends to identify root causes and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience by driving speed, accuracy, and quality on every shift.
