- - Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and implementing nursing policies and procedures.

- - Support the Director of Nursing in budget management and allocation of resources.
- - Act as a mentor and resource for the nursing team to promote professional growth and development.
- - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
- - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
