As a Full-Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative , you'll work onsite in a fast-paced environment, directly supporting our diverse client base. Your bilingual skills will be key in creating strong, trusting relationships with clients from all backgrounds.

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Providing clear, empathetic support in both English and Spanish
Collaborating closely with our agent team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
