Role Overview The Investment Sourcing Analyst – Venture Capital is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and advancing early-stage investment opportunities into the firm’s pipeline. This role sits at the front end of the investment process and works closely with partners, principals, and associates to ensure a steady flow of high-quality startup opportunities aligned with the firm’s investment theses. The position emphasizes proactive outreach, ecosystem engagement, and early-stage screening rather than full execution or portfolio management.
