Thermoplastic Pressline Machine Operator

Is this you?- Can you set up, operate, and oversee molding machines so each cycle meets spec and schedule?
- Do you spot defects quickly and take action to protect quality and consistency?
- Are you comfortable performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance to keep presses performing?
- Will you follow SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards—every time?
- Can you log accurate production data and escalate any issues to a supervisor without delay?
- Do you collaborate naturally to help the team hit production goals?
- Background in manufacturing or molding preferred.
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude and confidence with production machinery.
- Detail orientation and a commitment to quality practices.
- Stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required.
- Clear, constructive communication and a team-oriented mindset.
- Fast-paced production floor with regular standing and walking.
- Occasional material lifting.
- PPE required; safety procedures must be followed at all times.
- This jobs requires overtime and possible extended days.
