ICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a qualified ICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, including Epic System experience, with at least limited neuro experience. This position offers flexibility with open shifts of 36, 36/48, or 48 hours per week. The nurse will be responsible for caring for neuro, vascular, and general critical care patients, with a variety of specialized procedures and equipment.

Shift Details:

• Shift: Day, 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
• Weekend Requirement: Yes, every other weekend
• Call: No
• Float Requirement: Yes (float between SCU, NCU, CCU, and to the ED for CC admits)

Certifications Required:

• ACLS
• BLS
• CPI
• NIH (can be obtained at the facility for $100)

Special Equipment & Skills:

• Vent management, EVD management, ICP monitoring, lumbar drains, bolts/ICP O2 monitoring, CRRT, and other specialized neuro and critical care equipment
• Experience with post-op craniotomies, vent settings, A-lines, central lines, NIH evaluations, and dialysis procedures

Patient Diagnoses:

• Neuro/Stroke, vascular surgeries, multi-level back surgeries, and general critical care patients
• No CABG or ECMO patients
