What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, including experience with Epic EMR systems
• Strong neuro care experience, particularly with post-op craniotomies and ICP management
• Proven ability to manage ventilators, EVDs, lumbar drains, and other specialized equipment
• Valid ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIH certifications (CPI can be obtained on site for $100)
• Flexibility to float across SCU, NCU, CCU, and ED units as needed
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:30) on a 4x12 schedule
• Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with CRRT and dialysis procedures
• Familiarity with neuro and stroke patient management
• Additional certifications in neuro or critical care specialties

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Registered Nurse with a valid state license
• Prefer candidates with neuro-focused ICU experience and prior use of Epic EMR
• Experience in vascular surgeries, multi-level back surgeries, or general CC patient care

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work every other weekend
• Ability to float to various ICU and ED units, including post-op neuro patients
• Commitment to maintaining certifications and participating in ongoing training
