Description: Responsible for providing care to pulmonary and medical overflow patients. The unit consists of 22 beds. Patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:4-5. Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Adhere to all safety and nursing protocols. Maintain accurate patient documentation. Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
