Role Overview Manage customer relationships throughout the full lifecycle (pre-project, active project, and post-project) Serve as the main liaison between existing customers and Better Billy Bunker Ensure projects stay on track through proactive communication and follow‑up Identify opportunities for referrals and additional services Educate customers on best practices and product benefits Track customer satisfaction through regular communication and visits to past project Support sales with account insights and expansion opportunities Represent Better Billy Bunker with professionalism and responsiveness at all times Qualifications & Experience 2–5 years of experience in the golf industry, including interactions with key decision makers (superintendents, general managers, owners) Experience working directly with customers in a consultative or service‑oriented role Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Proficient in agronomy and golf course maintenance techniques and processes Comfortable learning and understanding technical products and a demonstrated ability to clearly explain them to customers Willing and able to travel frequently for site visits and industry events Skills & Attributes Not afraid to “get your hands dirty” to perform training, instruction, and installations in the field Team‑first mindset that prioritizes shared success over individual recognition Collaborative and low‑ego; celebrates collective wins and supports teammates wherever needed Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with customers and colleagues Highly organized and responsive with strong follow‑through and attention to detail/quality Proactive problem solver who anticipates issues before they ariseAdaptable and comfortable in a growing, fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
