ABOUT OUR AGENCY: We've been in business for 20 years and currently lead a close-knit team of three full-time members, plus the agent. With a strong office culture and a genuinely enjoyable work environment, we also offer flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. The agent is a University of Tennessee alum and has 23 years of insurance experience.

Community involvement is a huge part of who we are. We stay active in the community through volunteering with the local food bank and churches. We also take care of our team and offer perks like a Simple IRA and reimbursement for all licensing costs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Herby Clark - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
