Overnight Supervisor We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and motivated Overnight Supervisor to help oversee facility operations throughout the night. The ideal candidate will be visible, attentive, and proactive in supporting both residents and staff. This individual should have strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to identify concerns and ensure they are addressed promptly. Responsibilities Make regular rounds throughout the facility. Ensure resident needs and call bells are addressed promptly. Support staff and promote accountability. Help maintain a safe, organized, and comfortable environment. Communicate concerns to the appropriate team members. Assist with resolving issues that arise overnight. Document and report important matters to facility leadership. Promote teamwork and a positive environment. Qualifications Previous healthcare or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Dependable, professional, and organized. Able to take initiative and work well with others.
