Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a driven, customer-focused Spa Manager to lead our Stamford location. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching teams, driving sales performance, and creating outstanding client experiences. As Spa Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead and develop a team of wellness professionals, and drive membership growth, revenue performance, and client satisfaction.

Drive Membership & Sales Growth
Lead & Develop a Winning Team
Manage Daily Spa Operations
Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

Qualifications required:

2+ years of management experience in a spa, salon, wellness, fitness, hospitality, retail, or service-based business
Proven success leading teams and achieving sales, membership, or business growth goals
Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and operational management
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and one weekend day
