Description of the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team at Jeff Belzer Auto Group - Lakeville. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, AC, etc., to manufacturer specification
- Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
- Perform maintenance and light repairs such as fluid changes
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and assist in mentoring and training junior technicians
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Positive attitude and "Team Player" mentality
- High energy with a drive to succeed
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and complete day-to-day responsibilities
- Proven work ethic with an emphasis on Integrity and Transparency
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- ASE Certification (preferred)
