Work Environment

This full-time position allows for remote work, contributing to a flexible work-life balance while still engaging deeply with clients. Working from your home office in or around Hillsboro, Oregon, you will be equipped with the technology and resources you need to deliver effective telehealth services, ensuring that you remain connected with clients without the stress of a commute.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current mental and emotional health to inform treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that aim to enhance clients' well-being and recovery throughout their detox journey.
• Provide compassionate support to clients and their families, working to build trust and encourage open communication.
• Engage in regular follow-ups and progress evaluations to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document all client interactions and treatment updates using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and share insights regarding client progress.
• Participate in continuous education and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with adults undergoing detoxification, providing mental health support tailored to their unique challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing issues such as substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and behavioral health interventions. Understanding the intricacies of these cases will enable you to make a significant impact on clients' recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a licensed professional.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing telehealth services, including familiarity with necessary technologies and platforms.
• Strong understanding of mental health conditions and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-ups with all clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in detox centers or addiction-related settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and an ability to adapt them to the unique needs of clients.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and care coordination.

Compensation and Benefits
