Impactful Housing & Community Case Manager

Connections for the Homeless in Evanston, IL is seeking a full-time case manager to provide direct services to clients, including intake, housing assessments, crisis support, and referrals. The role requires at least one year of case management experience and a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
