Sales Support Representative

Taylor DM Brands, previously known as Amsterdam Printing, is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with vendors to ensure orders ship on time, answering vendor emails, as well as answering incoming phone calls from vendors. You will also be handling various customer service duties throughout the day.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for responding to vendor emails in a timely manner
• Working on a wide variety of vendor forms
• Process call tags
• Customer contact via phone/email to provide status updates and/or resolve concerns on orders
• Assist with order management ensuring timely delivery, tracking information and obtaining invoices for reconciliation
• Other tasks as required to meet team goals

Your shift:

• Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm EST
• This position may be filled in Amsterdam, NY; White Bear Lake, MN; or Pompano Beach, FL

You must have:

• 2 years of related/relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills, independent judgement, and problem-solving abilities

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $18 - 19 per hour. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
