Learn more about us: Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager based in the Boca Raton / Delray Beach market who can take full ownership of $5M-$30M custom home projects from pre-construction through final delivery. This individual will serve as the face of K2 Construction Group to clients, leading projects with confidence, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence. This role requires someone who has already operated at this level, is comfortable navigating complexity, managing high expectations, and delivering a seamless client experience without needing to be trained up from smaller projects. This role is strictly for local candidates within the Boca/Delray market.
