Senior Real Assets SEC Reporting Specialist

Blue Owl is seeking an SEC reporting professional to support non-traded REITs under US GAAP and SEC requirements. You will collaborate with REIT accounting teams, the fund administrator, and property managers to ensure timely and accurate SEC reporting documentation. Responsibilities include preparing supporting schedules, reviewing financial statement support, and assisting with 8-K and Section 16 filings in Workiva, plus NAV close and external audits.
