Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, support key sales initiatives, and serve as a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining relationship management with strategic sales support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Support customers through phone and email.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers to onboard new clients, support quotes and samples, and grow existing accounts.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and clearly communicate progress on customer initiatives.
  • Monitor account activity and key metrics to support customer success and sales performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and accounting, to resolve issues and support customers effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional day-to-day service while contributing to a positive, solutions-oriented team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • Experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to deliver customer-focused solutions and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong teamwork, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

This position requires working on-site in Salt Lake City, UT.
