Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored for orthopedic rehabilitation, including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously following treatment protocols, adjusting care plans according to patients' responses.
• Educate patients on home exercise regimens and proper execution techniques to reinforce therapeutic gains.
• Maintain open communication with supervising PTs regarding patient status, progress, and any necessary modifications in treatment strategies.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment for both patients and staff.
• Inspire and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation, fostering a positive mindset to encourage adherence to therapy regimes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
