Serve as the central hub of the clinical team, harmonizing efforts across multiple disciplines to ensure a seamless, well‑coordinated healthcare journey. Translate physician and nursing orders into high‑quality clinical actions, ensuring safety and accuracy. Guide patients beyond our walls by collaborating with the healthcare team to assess and coordinate comprehensive discharge plans. Minimum Requirements BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted). Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing. Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire. Preferred Qualifications 12 to 18 months of recent bedside nursing experience.
