Speech Pathologist
Jobot
A bit about us: We're a collaborative therapy team embedded in a patient-centered care environment that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and clear communication. Our clinicians partner closely with physicians, nursing, and rehab disciplines to help patients improve functional communication and swallowing safety, while keeping care plans practical for real life and measurable over time. You'll find a supportive culture, strong clinical standards, and colleagues who genuinely share knowledge rather than gatekeep it. Why join us? This is a great fit if you want flexibility without sacrificing clinical quality. You'll have the autonomy to practice at the top of your license, access to a multidisciplinary team for coordination, and the chance to work with a broad clinical mix that keeps your skills sharp. New grads and clinical fellows can be supported with structured mentorship and supervision pathways.
