What You’ll Do:

• Provide person-centered care while promoting dignity and independence
• Assist with daily routines and overall well-being
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with residents
• Communicate updates and observations with the care team

What You’ll Need:

• Active CNA certification in Minnesota
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused approach
• Strong communication skills
• Experience preferred, but not required
