Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive admissions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion
• Lead a team of admissions and marketing professionals to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
• Develop and manage budgets to achieve marketing and admissions goals
• Maintain a deep understanding of local healthcare trends, consumer needs, and competitor activity

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in marketing, admissions, or a related field preferred
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Proven track record of success in marketing and admissions, with a focus on driving growth and visibility
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
