Job Description

This is a remote position; however, we are seeking candidates who reside in Fresno, CA. This role includes managing a designated territory within this region.

The Market Manager develops and grows profitable business relationships with new and existing clients. Identifies opportunities by leveraging knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services. Delivers consultative sales presentations to prospective and current clients, demonstrating how the organization's solutions can meet their business needs. Establishes and maintains a strong referral network and proactive calling program to drive sales growth and deepen client relationships.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

• Two to three years of relevant sales experience

• Ability to travel

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations

• Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills

• Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues

• Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $72,900.00 - 89,100.00
