As an ATM Engineer-> Plano, you will be part of the Monitoring Department supporting enterprise-scale ATM platform operations. Job Title: ATM Engineer-> Plano Location: Plano, TX Pay Range: $68.26 What's the Job? Support and enhance enterprise-scale ATM platforms focusing on system stability, resiliency, and operational metrics Perform deep log analysis across ATM software, middleware, and backend systems to identify failures, anomalies, and trends Develop queries, dashboards, and alerts using centralized logging platforms like Splunk to proactively detect issues Lead root cause analysis for incidents, outages, and performance degradations to improve platform robustness Coordinate with cross-functional teams during active incidents and lead post-incident reviews for systemic improvements What's Needed? Experience in log analysis and diagnostics, particularly with Splunk Hands‑on experience with monitoring, metrics, and observability practices Strong knowledge of system stability, resiliency, and incident response processes Proficiency in SQL and relational database management, preferably Oracle DB Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders What's in it for me?
