What You'll Do :

You'll be the first impression of Behavioral Innovations and a trusted resource for families considering ABA therapy.

Every day you'll:

  • Build trust and meaningful relationships with prospective families through phone, email, text, and chat.
  • Confidently explain our services, our process, and what makes Behavioral Innovations different.
  • Professionally guide families through the intake process while helping them feel comfortable choosing Behavioral Innovations for their child's care.
  • Ask thoughtful questions, uncover family needs, and proactively move each family toward enrollment.
  • Follow up consistentlybecause you know opportunities shouldn't be left waiting.
  • Coordinate with clinical, operations, scheduling, and authorization teams to keep every intake moving forward.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and entered correctly into Salesforce and other systems.
  • Keep multiple families moving simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy or exceptional service.
  • Take ownership of your pipeline and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Qualifications :

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in customer service, admissions, healthcare, client services, patient intake, or similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce, CRM, EMR/EHR, or similar systems.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining exceptional accuracy.

Preferred

  • Healthcare, behavioral health, therapy services, or medical office experience.
  • Experience coordinating insurance information, documentation, or client onboarding.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
