Senior Accountant - Payroll & Financial Reporting

Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
- Oversight on invoices and receiving payments
- Performing all payroll functions including generating payroll weekly, quarterly payroll tax filings, as well as annual W2 and 1099 processing
- Cash management oversight
- Generation of monthly financial statements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- BS in Accounting a plus
- Experience with Sage and QB Enterprise preferred
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
