Warehouse Associate
Shift: 1st Shift | Hours: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM, MondayThursday Pay: $18 to $21 based on experience Location: Niles, OH
We are hiring multiple Warehouse Associates to support a fast-paced industrial manufacturing operation. Openings are available in Shipping, Receiving, and Order Selecting. This is a hands-on role ideal for dependable candidates with prior warehouse experience who are looking for long-term, stable work.
Available Positions:
- Shipping Clerk
- Receiving Associate
- Order Selector
Responsibilities:
- Order selecting and material movement throughout the warehouse
- Shipping and receiving of materials and finished goods
- Accurately picking, staging, and verifying orders
- Using computers and warehouse systems for inventory tracking and documentation
- Loading/unloading materials and assisting with general warehouse operations
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience required (shipping, receiving, or order selecting)
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 70 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic to strong computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule & Work Environment:
- 4-day workweek (MondayThursday)
- 10-hour shifts
- Industrial manufacturing warehouse environment
