Office Assistant – Shipping & Customer Service
Location: Warren, OH
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Onsite
Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Kelly Services is hiring an Office Assistant to join a growing team in Warren, OH!
Are you organized, comfortable working on a computer, and good at keeping things moving? This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in office administration, data entry, customer service, and shipping.
You don't need to be a shipping expert—we're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

What You'll Do

• Perform general office and administrative duties
• Enter and maintain information in computer systems
• Receive and log incoming packages and equipment
• Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with carriers
• Verify packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping information
• Process returns and repair shipments
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipping, and billing information
• Answer phones and respond to basic customer questions
• Review information for accuracy and make corrections when needed
• Maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Assist with service orders, billing, and data entry
• Prepare basic reports and track open activities
• Support the office and other departments as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in office administration, customer service, data entry, shipping/receiving, or a similar role preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Reliable and comfortable working in an onsite office environment
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes

Shipping, warehouse, customer service, receptionist, clerical, or administrative experience is all welcome!
