Sales Associate

Our client, a trendy eyewear company is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of customer service and support a positive customer experience
• Assist customers with product selection and general inquiries
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and brand standards
• Represent the brand in a professional manner
• Support daily store operations and maintain an organized environment
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and general store needs
• Work collaboratively with management and team members to support store goals
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Assist with both customer-facing and operational responsibilities as needed
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store environment

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience
• Fashion or related industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented with a professional approach
• Interest in fashion and current trends
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of a retail environment

Full Time On Site

Salary: $19hr-$24hr
