Customer Success Coordinator

About the Job Position Overview:
- As a Customer Success Coordinator with DynamiX, you will work with amazing companies from Atlanta and beyond.
- Your role is to serve as a primary point of contact for client needs, help educate clients on Octane and current best practices, and keep clients updated on internal initiatives.
- In the process of providing those services, you will forge some awesome long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
- This is an in-office, full-time position in Kennesaw, GA.
- We are looking to fill this position immediately.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters post-launch.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the project scope.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and improve their projects.
- Keep timely contact with clients through regular emails, phone calls, and appointments.
- Manage ongoing support for retainer and non-retainer clients.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Octane, our CMS platform.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Strong technical proficiency.
- Team player: effectively able to drive execution and own responsibility for the overall success of implementations.
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude; the words "not my job" are not in your vocabulary.
- Self-motivated.
