Who We Look For Fixed Income and Liquidity Solutions, within Public Investing, manages more than $1.8 trillion* in assets for a variety of clients, including private wealth mandates and institutional clients such as insurance companies, pension funds, and endowments. As part of the Fixed Income technology team, you will be responsible for the development of the Portfolio Construction platform. The platform spans components such as order orchestration, order lifecycle management, portfolio risk management, and trading. It provides necessary automation and scale, enabling the FI business to manage 60K+ client portfolios. In this role, you will directly interface with Portfolio Managers and Traders, gather requirements, and develop and rollout new features. Skills and Experience We Are Looking For Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science or related Engineering Field 5+ years of Java/Scala development and other programming languages with experience in Object Oriented Analysis, Design and testing best practices Experience building scalable, highly concurrent and distributed systems (AWS cloud technologies is a plus) Knowledge of one or more SQL and NoSQL databases Experience with messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Experience with CoPilot / Claude Code is a plus Self‑motivated with an analytical mindset, able to multi‑task to solve interesting and difficult technical problems under time pressure and resource constraints Experience with all stages of the development lifecycle: analysis, design, review, testing, and deployment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Strong background in DSA Background in data‑intensive applications and batch process frameworks Experience in AWS Cloud technologies Comfortable working in a highly dynamic and rapid development environment Technologies & Tools: Java/Scala, Angular/React, Gitlab, MongoDB, Distributed Caching Goldman Sachs is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veterans status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Goldman Sachs Group
