Night Auditor Job Description Location: Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel 1 Hartsfield Centre Pkwy Atlanta, GA, 30354 Skills: Assisting guests in a sincere and courteous mannerRegistering and processing guests promptly upon arrival and departureVerifying that all charges to guest accounts made during the day are correctDemonstrating a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotelCompleting all credit card transmittal, direct bills, and no-show billings for the dayPreparing all daily, monthly and yearly reports required by the propertyUsing sales techniques to effectively sell the propertyAnswering telephone calls professionallyUnderstanding and applying all hotel safety and security proceduresKeeping immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significanceResponsible for check-in, checkout, selling skills, computer operation, telephones, tasks at the front deskResponsible for maintaining supplies for the hotel gift shopHandling cash Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift, holidays, night shift, weekends as needed Work Setting: In-person Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Night audit: 1 year (Preferred)Marriott: 1 year (Preferred)Hotel Experience: 1 year (Required) ****E.O.E****
