Help Desk Support Technician

Help Desk Support TechnicianTrillium Professional is now seeking an onsite IT Deployment/Desktop Support Technician to assist with phone hardware deployment as part of an Epic migration in Boston, MA!This role will support the preparation, configuration, deployment, and replacement of phone hardware and other endpoint devices throughout a healthcare environment. Work will likely occur before or after clinic hours and on weekends to minimize disruption to operations.Pay rate is $25/hour.Looking for candidates with:Desktop support, field services, or IT deployment experienceHardware deployment, installation, and device configurationExperience with phone hardware rollouts or technology refresh projectsStrong customer service and end-user support skillsHealthcare experience preferredEpic implementation experience is a plusComfortable working onsite in a hospital environmentAbility to work occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekendsBachelor's DegreeA+ CertificationITIL Foundations CertificationTrillium has been recruiting and placing clerical and office professionals for over 30 years.
