Caregiver CNA Job Description Join the BrightCare HomeCare Team and Make a Difference in the Lives of Others! At BrightCare HomeCare, we are dedicated to providing exceptional home care services to individuals with disabilities, injuries, and illnesses in Metairie, New Orleans, and surrounding areas. As a Caregiver CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care services that cater to the unique needs of our clients. About the Role: As a Caregiver CNA, you will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and emotional support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will also maintain accurate documentation and communicate with our office team to ensure seamless care coordination. Responsibilities: Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Remind clients of medication schedulesAssist with mobility and safety Document client care and communicate with the office team Requirements: CNA license or caregiving experience required Reliable transportation Ability to pass a comprehensive background and drug screening Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor Professional appearance with strong communication skills Must have a reference and a proven work history Must be reliable and on time for all shifts What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay Flexible schedules that fit your life Supportive 24/7 office team Training and growth opportunities Meaningful, relationship-based work Join Our Team and Enjoy: Compassion.
