Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assess patient condition, functional limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Active state Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred/required based on facility).
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
