Work Model: In Office Degree: Preferred Responsibilities include supporting day‑to‑day office operations and maintaining an organized, well‑stocked workspace; coordinating supplies, mail, deliveries, and shared‑space upkeep; managing office access and liaising with building services and vendors; arranging daily lunches and occasional catering needs; greeting guests and managing incoming calls; maintaining physical and digital records; assisting with expense coordination and general administrative tasks; supporting scheduling and ad‑hoc projects as needs evolve.
