Nurse Manager – Mother BabyHoly Cross Health, a member of Trinity Health, is hiring a Nurse Manager – Mother Baby to provide operational, clinical, and people leadership for our Mother Baby (Post-Partum/Couplet Care) unit.Reporting to the Director of Mother Baby, this role is accountable for quality outcomes, patient experience, colleague engagement, compliance, and stewardship of resources while advancing Trinity Health's Mission, Vision, and Values.What You'll DoLead daily operations, staffing, and performance of the Mother Baby unitEnsure safe, high-quality couplet care and excellent patient experienceDrive quality, safety, and regulatory compliance initiativesRecruit, develop, coach, and retain nursing colleaguesPartner with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to achieve service goalsManage productivity, budgets, and resource utilizationWhat You'll NeedRequiredBSN required (Master's degree preferred)5+ years acute care RN experience2+ years nurse leadership/supervisory experienceActive RN license (MD or Compact)BLS certificationSpecialty/role certification within 6 months of hirePay rate: $41.46 – $64.31Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
