Travel Coordinator

Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time Travel Coordinator will manage domestic and international travel arrangements, maintain accurate travel records, and ensure compliance with travel policies while supporting mission-critical locations worldwide. Key responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics, including airfare, lodging, and ground transportation using travel management systems like Concur or DTS Create and maintain travel authorizations, expense reports, and tracking documents to ensure accurate data management Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers, providing guidance on travel policies and resolving reimbursement issues Required qualifications High school diploma (or equivalent) with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate travel operations Hands-on experience with Concur, DTS, or similar travel management systems Experience in maintaining travel data and processing travel authorizations and expenses Working knowledge of corporate travel policies and compliance requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
