Job Description

Snapshot / Role Overview

We're looking for an HVAC and Sheet Metal General Superintendent in the Inland Empire to bridge field and office and drive five to six active commercial projects to on-time, on-budget completion.

Impact

Keep several concurrent jobs on schedule, from small upgrades to installations over $200,000.
Be the connective link between crews and project management.
Raise productivity, quality, and safety across retail and commercial sites.
Build foremen and installers into a dependable workforce.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily field operations across simultaneous HVAC and sheet metal projects.
Plan manpower, equipment, and material with foremen.
Manage jobsite logistics and deliveries to hit installation deadlines.
Coordinate sequencing with project managers and general contractors.
Track progress in Procore and review markups in Bluebeam.
Enforce safety and quality and resolve field conflicts early.
Travel between jobsites across the region.

Must-Haves

Extensive hands-on field experience in commercial HVAC or sheet metal installation.
Proven leadership of foremen and installers as a superintendent or general superintendent.
Comfort with Procore and Bluebeam.

Nice-to-Haves

OSHA 30.
Retail rollout or multi-site program experience.

Compensation and Logistics

Competitive salary depending on experience, plus benefits. Field-based across the Inland Empire with regional travel.
