Job Title: Shipping Clerk | $21 HR | DIRECT HIRE

1st shift: 7am-3:30

The Shipping Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines by supplying machines and work cells with necessary raw materials. The role involves retrieving, mixing, and handling materials, as well as operating forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Supply production machines and work cells with raw materials.
• Retrieve different resin materials as needed.
• Mix thermoplastic materials and coloring pigments according to supplied formulas.
• Handle materials and manually switch over machines.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks efficiently.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of forklift experience.
• Previous machine set up/changeover experience.
• 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes.
• Experience with material handling.
• Knowledge of FedEx operations.
• Inventory control and data entry skills.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and SAP systems.

The work takes place in a clean, well-lit plastics facility where safety and efficiency are prioritized. Employees should be prepared to work with forklifts and other machinery, while adhering to all safety protocol

This is a Permanent position based out of North Royalton, OH.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
