In this role, you'll work directly with small-business owners in your area, helping them provide their employees with supplemental insurance benefits—including coverage that can return premiums when benefits go unused.

This is a 1099, uncapped commission opportunity built for people who are motivated by performance, growth, and the opportunity to build something of their own.

What You Can Earn

Reps who commit to and complete the full training plan typically earn $75,000–$150,000 in their first year .

Top performers earn $1,500–$3,500 per week , with the opportunity to build additional income through residuals on renewals and overrides from a team you build.

There is no cap on what you can earn.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

• Visit local businesses and set meetings with business owners, either in person or by video
• Meet with owners and employees to explain how their coverage works
• Enroll new accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Track your activity and results
• Meet with your manager each week to review performance and identify opportunities for growth
