Accountabilities:

• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including transaction entry, reconciliations, and communications with vendors and customers.
• Maintain accurate daily bank reconciliations and ensure financial data consistency across internal systems and NetSuite.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, support reporting needs, and contribute to business insights.
• Assist in maintaining, improving, and administering accounting systems and tools, including automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Identify and flag inefficiencies in accounting workflows while proactively contributing ideas for improvement and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and financial governance standards.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of accounting experience with a strong understanding and application of GAAP principles.
• Experience managing AP/AR processes and supporting general ledger activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions such as formulas, pivot tables, and automation tools.
• Strong familiarity with accounting systems such as NetSuite, Ramp, Bill.com, or similar platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset toward process improvement.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-moving, and continuously evolving environment.
